Dear Reader,
I hope you’ve been well and life has been good to you lately. Life has been very kind to me lately, and I have things to share with you and some inputs to ask from you.
Canvas of Calm: 1:1 Art Therapy
First up, some of you may know that since the start of 2023, I have been steadily working my way towards becoming an Arts Therapy Practitioner. After 2.5 years of learning, I’m so READY to put things into practice full time. While I will continue to offer group workshops in-person and online, I am also opening up slots for 1:1 art therapy sessions for adults (no art-making skills expected or needed).
Allow me to explain a bit about why arts therapy appeals to me so much. Click through these images, or read here.

You can read more, and schedule a free 15-minute exploratory call on my website (yup, that’s my new website, and it’s still a bit wonky, a work in progress, just like me 😊) If you have any questions, please hit reply.
Group Workshops & Offerings
After focusing on my own inner work and professional training in the last three years, I’m excited to shift focus to implementation and work on the offerings I can put out into the world.
As I jump into this next phase, dear reader, I would love your inputs so that I can offer workshops and programs that make sense for you. So, a few questions for you.
Across 2022-2023, I used to run Slowing Down Circle, a space for people from across the world to gather online once a month, make art together, share and chat (Say hello if you were one of them!). Post-Covid, as the world went back to doing things in-person, and my own priorities changed as well, and I made the decision to pause it in April 2023.
I’ve been wondering if it’s time to bring it back, perhaps in some variant of that format. That brings me to my next question…
And finally…
If you’ve taken time to answer those three polls, thank you. I really appreciate it! Your responses will help me design my offerings better.
The last couple of months have been really full, and I’ve also been filling my cup in several ways — travel, nourishing meals and music, to name a few ways. I’m also really happy to get back to being more regular with this newsletter.
I can’t wait to tell you about a trip I took recently, and share pics from my travel journal. In the meanwhile, here’s a postcard. Spot the rainbow?
What’s life been like for you lately? I’d love to know.
Love,
Shub
